The
Process
Initial
Evaluation:
Partnering with our client, we quantify
the company’s needs to define and identify all characteristics that
pinpoint the best possible candidate. We examine and evaluate
organizational relationships, and essential skills and experience that viable
candidates must possess.
Sourcing
and Candidate Identification:
We target, source, and attract key talent that will make an immediate impact
for the opportunity we are representing.
We are in constant communication with our client, providing feedback
for an effective process.
Interviewing
Process:
Following a background and reference check our consultant arranges an
introductory interview between the client and each candidate, making sure all
parties have all necessary and relevant information on hand.
Within 24 hours after each interview, the consultant contacts both the
client and the candidates for feedback.
Search
Completion:
As the search nears completion, we are on hand to mediate the
preparation, and negotiation of the final proposed compensation package
between client and candidate. Once an offer has been accepted we maintain a
relationship with both client and candidate to ensure that a successful
transition has occurred.
